Hogan Design & Construction (HDC) Donates 250 Individual Thanksgiving Meals to Benefit The Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry As Part Of The Orchard Community ‘Feeds A Family’ Thanksgiving Holiday Program.
Hogan Design & Construction (HDC), a company that believes in paying it forward in communities throughout Northern Illinois, is donating 250 individual meals to The Orchard Community ‘Feeds A Family’ Thanksgiving Holiday program, benefiting the Aurora Area Interfaith Food Panty. “Since opening our doors in 1997, our company has grown due to the tremendous support of communities and families throughout Northern Illinois,” says Brian Hogan, owner of Hogan Design & Construction (HDC). “We saw this program as a way of giving back and supporting those in our community that need assistance this holiday season.” Each $16.00 meal donation through The Orchard Community ‘Feeds A Family’ program provides a family of six with a complete Thanksgiving meal with a turkey and all the fixings. The HDC donation is valued at $4,000.00 and will provide 250 families with a joyous holiday meal. HDC hopes that anyone in looking to provide for those in need during this season of giving, consider donating to this very worthy cause. Hogan Design & Construction (HDC) is ‘Hoping’ to Open Doors to Many Little Pink Houses of Hope (LPHOH) This October.
Hogan Design & Construction (HDC) has always believed in the adage that ‘charity begins at home’. This October, HDC is ‘hoping’ to rally the Fox Valley region with a home-grown effort in support of Little Pink Houses of Hope (LPHOH), a non-profit organization that provides retreat properties for Breast Cancer Survivors and their families. Beginning October 13, 2015 until November 12, 2015, HDC will donate 3% of any home project scheduled to LPHOH. HDC ‘hopes’ to raise awareness of the fight to eliminate Breast Cancer and the dedicated efforts of the LPHOH organization. Founded by Jeanine Patten-Coble, a Breast Cancer Survivor herself, the mission of LPHOH is simple ... promote breast cancer recovery by offering opportunities for survivors to reconnect and celebrate life. LPHOH provides FREE week long vacations for breast cancer patients and their families. They believe a cancer diagnosis does not just affect the patient, but the entire family. Every beach retreat is designed to help families relax, reconnect and rejuvenate during the cancer journey. “Raising awareness for the fight against Breast Cancer and the courageous survivors and their families is tantamount to the goal of our October efforts. The respite opportunity that Little Pink Houses of Hope provides is tremendous and we want to do everything we can to support this dedicated organization and life-changing event”, said Brian Hogan, Owner of Hogan Design & Construction (HDC).
