Brian Hogan
Owner

Brian started in the home improvement business in 1997 completing 5 whole house rehabs between 1997 and 2001.  During the course of theses projects Brian became frustrated with difficulty of dealing with contractors.  In 2001, Brian decided that he could improve on the process of home remodeling by starting his own contracting company.  Since 2001, Brian’s company has completed over 500 home remodeling projects.  Brian was married in 2000 and lives in downtown Geneva with his wonderful wife Amy and their two children, Luke and Tyler.

Brad Hogan
Project Manager and Head Framing Carpenter

Brad started in the home improvement business in 1999, helping Brian with whole house home rehab projects.  In 2002, Brad came on full time as a framing carpenter.  At the beginning of 2007, his previous experience in sales and organization, led to a promotion to Production Manager.  Since that time Brad has successfully managed over 100 home remodeling projects.  Brad was recently married to his beautiful wife Jennica and they live in Sugar Grove.

John Vendafreddo
Head Trim Carpenter and Job Site Manager

John's interest in woodworking began at age 3, when he received his first Fisher Price hammer and nails.  After his brother Mickey enlisted his help rehabbing 4 houses when he was 15, John graduated high school and worked for New View Design/Build and R & D Thiel.  In 2005, he began working with his cousins Brad and Brian Hogan at Hogan Design & Construction. On his days off, John rides his motorcycle, goes off-roading in his Jeep, and spends time with his family.

Jim Hogan
Marketing Manager

Jim recently retired after 39 years and joined the family business.  Jim’s expertise in organization and communication has made him a natural fit at Hogan Design & Construction.  Jim’s marketing ideas have been a great boost to the company’s business.  Jim is married to his lovely wife Joey and they live in Palos Hills.
