Since an early age, Brian has been a people person. Always thinking about how others were perceiving their situation and doing what he could to make people feel satisfied. While rehabbing houses, Brian could not understand how contractors would not return calls or show up when they said they would. He thought about all the people who deal with contractors and the frustration they must feel. With this simple principle in mind, Brian created Hogan Design & Construction. In his free time, Brian spends time with his wife and three children and off-roading in his Jeep

Brad started at HDC as a laborer and worked his way up the ladder to his current role as COO. Having seen things from every position in the company has allowed Brad to be fully invested in all operations . This also comes in handy in his role as Head of Sales. Brad really listens to the needs of the customers and can help create a project where all needs are addressed. In every job that Brad has had he always worked his way into a position where people looked to him for guidance. Brad has been instrumental in developing the processes that make Hogan Design & Construction stand out in their industry. Striving to improve the customer experience makes Brad a natural for the Chief Operating Officer position. Brad lives in St Charles with his wife and three children.

Doug has always had a passion for construction and enjoys constantly doing home renovation projects at his own house. He spent over five years managing projects for a technology company before joining the Hogan Team in 2017. He is excited to bring his leadership, communication, organization, and attention to detail skills to Hogan Design & Construction. Doug is happily married to his wife Sara and has 2 children (Luke & Mila). He enjoys quality family time and appreciating the outdoors.

Katie joins Hogan Design & Construction with a diverse background in the arts, program development, project & event management and marketing. Creating, building and connecting with people has been a focus in everything she does, and she is excited to continue growing and helping the community in our marketing and engagement role. Outside of work, Katie can be found painting, at the theater, trying something new (a serial hobbyist) and spending time with her family and friends.
Jorie has always had a passion for customer service and integrity. She spent over 8 years in the Human Capital Department at a large cable company, where she learned to put her communication, leadership, customer service and organization skills to work. Since joining the Hogan Design and Construction team she has been added to their company processes to even further improve Hogan’s customer service and commitment to quality. Jorie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children as well as volunteering within the community.

John has been interested in building since he received his first Fisher-Price toolset. Upon graduating high school there was no question what field John would enter. John joined the HDC team as a laborer but his drive and eye for perfection helped develop him into the company's head trim carpenter. As HDC grew, John’s attention to detail led to him being promoted to Project Manager. John is married and has three sons. He lives in a house that he built from the ground up in Batavia.
Jason’s interest in carpentry began in his middle school wood shop class. Jason also went right into the construction field after graduating high school. Jason spent several years working for different contractors and found his home at HDC in 2011. Jason developed quickly and was a natural fit for the Project Manager role because of his hard work and focus on the details. Jason is a family oriented person and loves the outdoors.

Mike's interest in construction started with the purchase of his first foreclosed house. He fell in love with the remodeling process and took great satisfaction in seeing the project progress from start to finish. Already having a background in Project Management, the move to HDC was a no brainer for him. Mike has exceptional organization and communication skills mixed with a keen eye for budgeting, all of which makes him a great Project Manager. Mike is married with two children, and he looks forward to spending his weekends with them.
Since a young age, Tim has been interested in building. Receiving his first tool set at the age of 5, he was often found taking things apart and putting them back together. Today, he joins Hogan Design & Constructions with over 20+ years experience in the industry. He started his career as a Union painter where he honed his skills for 10 years. Seven years ago, he moved into a project management role and joins our team as a seasoned pro. Family is extremely important to him and during his non-working hours, he spends as much time as possible with his two daughters.
Carl has always had a passion for customer service. In his previous position, he spent the past 10 years building a customer base, improving store reviews, and increasing sales and visibility through social media platforms. He has years of experience working with suppliers and distributors and is excited to bring his knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership to the Hogan team in his role as Project Manager. Carl is a seasoned hunter and fisherman and loves spending time with his family and friends.

Carpentry runs in Mike’s blood. Mike would help work in his dad's tool shop from an early age. Mike’s carpentry work led him on several mission trips to rebuild youth camps. From framing to windows or exteriors to custom cabinetry and trim work, Mike’s eye for perfection has made him a master in the carpentry field. Mike was a natural fit with HDC and was quickly promoted to Head Carpenter. Mike is married with two kids. In his free time, Mike is an active rock and country musician that performs 60-80 gigs a year.

Matthew is a recent addition to the HDC team and brings his experience in the water/fire/mold remediation field to the team. Matt purchased his starter home in St Charles in 2019 and spends his free time rehabbing the house. He is constantly striving to develop and add to his construction skill set and has found a home at HDC to do so. In his free time he enjoys vinyl records and building computers.
Joe is a new addition to the labor team and new to the construction field. He is studying part-time and learning as much as possible about construction management. He is focused on working his way up the ladder as his knowledge and skill set continues to grow. Joe is a hard worker and extremely eager to apply all the competencies he is developing on the job and at home.
Leann brings her years of administrative and management experience in the advertising and marketing fields to the Hogan team. She really enjoys completing DIY projects at her own home so this business is a perfect fit for her. Leann is a people person who wants to help enhance and build on Hogan's reputation for a high level of customer service, integrity and quality. Leann, her husband and two daughters enjoy hanging out together and traveling.
Christyanne has a great passion for interior design. She values the importance of creating a space that not only meets the needs of the client but also reflects the client. Christyanne has her bachelors in Interior Design and a Minor in Architecture. While she has always enjoyed designing for commercial and residential projects, she particularly enjoys remodeling old homes and learning about the history that comes with them. She is pleased to be a part of the dedicated Hogan Design and Construction team. Christyanne enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
Sandy has spent over 20 years at a prestigious European rail company where she learned leadership, customer service, organization skills, worked her way up to management and led her own team. She takes great pride in the experience she wants to provide to our customers. Sandy understands the beauty in a home. She believes this is where life begins, where memories are made and that is what makes her a perfect fit with the Hogan team. Sandy is happily married, loves to travel and doing DIY projects in her own home.
Lance started working with his father after school and on weekends in the early ’80s. He would help clean job sites and worked his way up to framing projects while learning anything about construction he could. Lance graduated from St. Charles High School (Now East) in 1986 and started out working for a Cabinet Company completing all cabinet installations. During this time Lance got the opportunity to travel and sing with a performance company and travel most of the country and Canada. After a couple of years of performing, he joined back into the construction field doing all aspects of construction including-Demolition, including framing, siding, trimming, and of course Cabinet Installations. In 1999 he joined in with his father and brother to help run the family business. For the next 22 years, Lance took a serious role in co-ownership, designing, estimating, sales, and completing contracts until the family decided to end the 35-year old company in 2021. He lives in Sycamore, Illinois with his wife Karen and where they raised their 2-kids Jake and Kayla. Lance is very proud to bring his years of experience to the Hogan Family!
Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Kasia has always been passionate about design. Deciding to take that interest a step forward, Kasia decided to study Interior Design at Illinois State University where she pursued a Bachelors of Science degree along with a minor in Business Administration. As an inspiring Interior Designer, Katherine plans to take her skills in creative and innovative problem solving to create a perfect space. Katherine strides to design spaces that evoke strong emotions and emphasize the functionality of it. She plans to achieve this by using her outgoing personality to form relationships with her clients, carefully listening to their wants and needs, and to give professional support through the design process to make the clients fall in love with their new design. Kasia is very excited to work with the Hogan team and gain all the knowledge and experience she can.
I have for sometime, and continue to use Hogan Design & Construction for all of my renovation and building needs. Highly recommended!
