The commercial project that elevated HDC to their award-winning commercial level included an amazing renovation for a local company in Aurora, Illinois, Spidr Design. Spidr Design came to HDC because they needed a new space for their employees to increase collaboration, productivity and workflow. The goal was to transform a 5,000-square-foot blank slate commercial space into a functional and efficient office environment.
