Fisher 1st Floor & Primary Bath Remodel

Our clients had lived in their home for a long time without ever remodeling or renovating any of the spaces. This resulted in a home that was beginning to show its age through dated design and inefficient flow. The home was in dire need of an update. After meeting with John Vendafreddo, Senior Project Manager here at Hogan Design & Construction, a plan was put in place to update nearly everything.

The entire first floor was transformed with new flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout the space. The kitchen and master bathroom were given special attention, introducing new storage solutions to maximize storage space, updated layouts to create a more efficient room flow, and luxurious design elements to completely renew the space.

No home remodeling project is free of unique challenges to overcome, and this project was no different. Mold was found in the attic, but it was quickly remedied with proper ventilation and insulation. Finally, an Aeroseal of the duct work was performed to improve the overall efficiency and comfort of the home. Our client could not have been happier with the finished result, and will be able to enjoy their newly remodeled home for many years to come.
