The Pool House

Our long-time client had grown up with a pool and wanted his family to have and be able to enjoy the experience. Our client desired to have a complete outdoor entertaining space as well, where they could gather to watch games, events, and enjoy outdoor relaxing and dining.

He asked that Hogan Design & Construction manage the pool installation for them, which features fountains, a basketball net, diving platform and waterfall hot tub. We then designed and built the surrounding grounds. The pool deck and patio features travertine pavers. The outdoor kitchen and bar features a stone surround, Wolf appliances and granite tile countertops.

Our team and partners designed and built the pool house from the ground up, featuring a vaulted ceiling with barrel dormer. The beams across the structure help to draw the eye to the architectural beauty of the space. Phantom retractable screens can turn the two open sides into a three season room in a matter of minutes.

We added electrical, plumbing and gas to service the entire room. The main seating area includes a fireplace and television to create a cozy spot to hang out together. A kitchenette flanks the back wall and a service bar can be found on the opposite side of the window above it. A half bath was added for changing and use while out by the pool. A complete outdoor sound system was added to make this party (big or small) ready.
