Design and Planning

Our in-house designers lay out fixtures, vanities, and tilework in 3D so you can see the space before demo begins. We walk you through the cost difference between keeping your current plumbing footprint and relocating fixtures for a better layout.

Fixed-Price Proposal

Once your selections are complete, we lock in a fixed price before any work begins. If demo uncovers something unexpected, our Change Order process documents the issue, the solution, and the cost in writing for your approval before we proceed.

Construction

Your project manager coordinates the build and is your single point of contact. We install dust barriers, protect adjacent rooms, and post daily progress to BuilderTrend, our project management system.
